Testimonials
"Erin made the housing buying process so easy, and I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy within the Sacramento area. I never had to ask for any updates, as soon as she got information, I knew about it instantly. She even called me on her day off hiking in the woods to let me know that my offer was accepted! Erin was extremely thorough and transparent during every step of the process and made sure that I was confident with it all. She made me feel like I was her only client during this huge mile stone, and I am so glad that I was recommended to her."
-Darien Pham, Client
"Erin was extremely helpful in guiding my family through the craziness that is California real estate. Because of her expertise and hard work, we were able to find our first home within a very short time. When we found the home we wanted she created a competitive offer that allowed us to succeed without breaking the bank. I highly recommend Erin for the excellent service she provides!"
-Glen Wilkins, Client
"Erin Stumpf is one of the best real estate agents in the industry! I’m a Southern California real estate Broker with over 30 years of experience, and needed to refer one of my very best clients to an agent in the Sacramento area to sell two properties. After doing a lot of investigation and interviews, Erin stood out as the most qualified real estate professional. I went to dinner the other night with my/our clients and they raved about the outstanding care and service that Erin provided to them. They bragged that she set a neighborhood high sale with the first property and then broke that record with another record on the second sale. In total they were proud to say that Erin put $50,000 in their pocket that they weren’t expecting. I’m very protective of my clients and would gladly recommend Erin to anyone knowing that they can’t do better."
-Doug Hamilton, Colleague
"Working with Erin and her team was a great experience. They were very professional and kept us informed at every step of the selling process. We highly recommend Erin for your real estate needs."
