Find Your Next Home
You need someone who knows this area inside and out! Erin can work with you to find the right home at the right price for you, including all the neighborhood amenities that matter - not to mention the essential criteria you have for your ideal home.

Sell a Home
When it's time to move, you need someone who will strategically market your home to its fullest potential, expose the property to the highest number of qualified buyers, show to prospective buyers, negotiate the purchase contract, arrange financing, oversee the inspections, handle all necessary paperwork and supervise the closing. Erin can help with everything you need, from start to close.

Consult on Home Selling Tactics
Oftentimes buyers don't visualize living in your home the way you do. Erin can make your home attractive to its ideal audience - which can help you get top dollar. Things like staging the home, making strategic repairs or minor improvements, pre-listing inspections to augment disclosures, or even simply deep cleaning can be the difference between a home resting on the market and one that's sold fast. Erin has a vast network of go-to service providers that can assist to make your home stand out.

"As a first-time home buyer, I didn’t know what to expect; Erin made the process smooth and comfortable. She took the time to explain every step and the multitude of options I had. I especially appreciated her follow through. She was so patience and honest; I really believe she had my interests in mind and not her own. I’ve already recommended her to my close friends!"

"Erin made the housing buying process so easy, and I highly recommend her if you're looking to buy within the Sacramento area. I never had to ask for any updates, as soon as she got information, I knew about it instantly. She even called me on her day off hiking in the woods to let me know that my offer was accepted! Erin was extremely thorough and transparent during every step of the process and made sure that I was confident with it all. She made me feel like I was her only client during this huge mile stone, and I am so glad that I was recommended to her."

  -Darien Pham, Client

"With the recent passing of my mother I was in need of finding a competent real estate agent in the Sacramento area to help with selling my mom's home. Without going too far down the rabbit hole this was a bit of a complicated situation I found myself in, my mom & aunt had lived together for 32 years and co-owned this home and as a caveat they also owed the bank a sizeable mortgage. Now I live in Alabama and had made my mom a promise that if anything happened to her I would move my aunt to my Alabama. After interviewing 3 real estate agents for the job Erin was the clear choice of the 3, the fact that both my mom & aunt were somewhat of what you would call "Hoarders" didn't seem to phase Erin in the least. Besides being extremely competent in the process & procedures of selling real estate Erin had relationships with multiple contractors that made the process of prepping the house for sale relatively easy from over 2,500 miles away. I would HIGHLY recommend Erin."

  -Tom Barnhart, Client

"Erin was wonderful in helping us navigate the market in Sacramento and buy our house after relocating across the country. She is professional, communicative and gives great advice. I would recommend her to anyone purchasing or selling their house!"
